Interfone flowers have a simple, easy to use, secure ordering system.
Simply locate the item of your choice from the featured products at the bottom of
the home page, or by using one of the drop down category menus at the top of the
home page.
A list of products will then load. Click the 'detailed view' button for a closer
investigation of any product.
Select a gift of your choice by clicking the 'add to order' button next to the desired
product.
The product you have selected will be added to your shopping cart and you will see
a list of gifts that complement your initial purchase - one of which you may want
to add to your order.
At any time you can review your order and proceed to checkout by simply clicking
the 'view order/checkout' button.
Once you are happy with the items in the shopping basket, select a delivery location
from the drop down menu as instructed.
If you have a discount card you should enter your discount code at this point to
claim your discount on your purchases.
Now we are ready to proceed to the checkout process. This is a simple and secure
3 stage process to order completion.
Please Note: Some versions of Internet Explorer 5 may display a security warning
at this point. This a know error with an outdated security certificate in early
browser versions. This does not compromise the security of your order in any way.
We take security seriously and all order processing on our site is fully encrypted
and secure.
Stage 1
If you are a previous customer you can just enter your user name and password and
skip stage 1 in its entirety. If not please enter you contact details here. Any
field marked with a red 'R' are required. They must be entered to proceed with the
order processing. Proceed to the next stage by pressing the 'continue with purchase'
button which will take you to stage 2.
Stage 2
In this stage the delivery and recipient information is added - again any field
marked with a red 'R' is a required field and must be entered to proceed with the
order processing. Proceed to the next stage by pressing the 'continue with purchase'
button which will take you to stage 3.
At this point you will automatically directed to our secure payment provider to
complete your order.
Stage 3
Enter your credit card details here and complete the order by pressing the 'continue
with purchase button.
You have now bought your gift which will be delivered promptly.
